RV Park:
CHECK-IN: 3pm • CHECK-OUT: Noon

 

Checking in after 9pm?  Be sure to call and make arrangements in advance so we can be available to check you in.

Cancellations

Due to our accommodations and location, many reservations are made well in advance.

Cancellations made 30 days ahead of your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund.  

Reservations of three or more cabins are not refundable.

Cancellations can only be made by phone.  Do not attempt to cancel by email.

We are not responsible for utility outages, wildlife, or other circumstances which may be encountered at our location, such as smoke from wildfires. By booking, you assume the risk for smoke in the area and your reservation will fall under our normal cancellation policies.

Payments

We gladly accept VISA or MasterCard to secure reservations. Your card will be billed for full amount at time of reservation. Without a secured reservation, we cannot guarantee availability.

Payment for reservations of three or more cabins is due at the time of booking.

Rates

Cabin and RV Park rates shown do not include current lodging tax. 

10% discount for stays of 7 days or more.

Minimum Stays

Cabins: 2-night minimum stay.

All Cabins are Smoke Free

Smoking is not allowed in any of our cabins. Additionally, we ask all guests to be courteous when smoking outside where other guests are near/present, and to fully distinguish/dispose of safely – especially during extreme dry seasons. This includes cabin areas, RV Park and property/river picnic areas. A minimum fee of up to $500 may be charged to cabin guests who are found to not comply, in order to cover costs of restoring cabins to smoke-free conditions.

Indoor/Outdoor Cooking

Kitchens, kitchenettes, grills and cookware are provided for our guests’ convenience. Guests are be charged if extensive cleaning is required.

4-Wheelers/Motorcycles

Please refrain from riding 4-wheelers and motorcycles within Torrey’s guest property areas, including RV park, cabin area and shared river picnic area.

Pets

Sorry, pets are not permitted in the cabins.  This includes in your vehicle or tethered outside of the units. 

Pets are allowed in the RV park upon management approval.

Drones

Flying of drones is prohibited throughout Torrey’s grounds.

Shooting

Firing of any type of weapon is strictly prohibited throughout Torrey’s grounds.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging

Sorry, there are no charging stations at our rural location.
